Safe In My Bubble


Watch the crowd ,see them go.
I see them now , but I'm moving slow .
Passing me in their daily rush ,
In my bubble there is a hush .
I'm in the outside looking out,
Wondering as to what the bussels about.
Their eyes are open , but they cannot see.
Hurrying along trampling over me.
All caught up in their daily lives ,
And their thoughtless feet cut like knives.
Clammering up a human pile ,stepping on even those that smile.
Bitter in their angry hearts ,inward turning their only parts.
Up the hill , is what they want.
Caring not of those they daunt.
Watch them as they think they 've won the race.
But have lost themselves to keep the pace.
nothing left , just an outer shell.
Gathered now at the top of that hill.
The wind has swept away their cause.
And in my clear world , I just sit and pause .
Wondering why there was such haste.
To pile up ,, and go to waste ...........

It Has Been So Long

It has been so long since some one has touched my hand ,
and said you look nice today. Seems like loves touch has gone away.
It has been so long since some one has smelled my hair ,
and said those words they say.
It has been so long since some one looked me in the eye and said , So
how went your day .
i has been so long since some one has nestled on the couch ,
Here to stay ...
It has been so long since some one has been beside me .
The words begin to fray .
It has been so long since some one wished for me to stay .
It has been so long since that some one ,,, just walked away....

oh, how I love thee, let me count the ways...

Last night I cried a river of tears
Drowning in my thoughts and fears
Tormented by a searing pain
Withering as I cried in vain
A passion is a world away
When we talk , it is another day
As I ready for bed , he eats his lunch
It could never be.........I have a hunch
Sweet and kind and beaughtiful
wish I did noy feel loves pull
when we talk its like he's in the room
but it seems I am deep within a tomb
or calling in from outer space
Will I ever touch his face........
Or walk across the warm soft sand
Smiling laughing.........hand in hand............

As you travel to a farther land

As you travel to a farther land ... I sit and wonder within these walls
, Which way should I turn to reach you , To where the sun rises , or
where it falls ?

look up to the moon that shines , and I know you'll see it later .
But I do not like , , the visions of ,,, you swimming with the aligator
!

Hear the phone ring once or twice and know that you have tried .
Thinking of the times we laughed so hard ,, that I almost cried........

glancing at your photo's I feel I am at peace , See you in the forest ,
on your rock you sit ,
Looking like your lost in thought or planning dreams that you have
sought .

I'm feeling like you"ve touched my soul ..........Missing you , I feel
less than whole .

I give shade a kiss on the head for you , and hope that you are safe and
happy tooo .
For now I have thoughts and pictures of you , They will help me through
.

Hoping that I hear your voice again soon ....., For you , I am teaching
Shade a tune .

Wish I had wings to fly , then I would head towards the sky .
I would I would fly to you ..,, I'd try...
Through the winds and rains and stormy seas ,
I would fight my way to get to thee.
Wrap you in my feathered wings.
Warm inside our hearts would sing , safely held in an eternal spring.
holding you forever tight , care for you day and night , feel as though
forever I am in sunlight.
Warm and safe .... I am happy now .....

I hope some day I find out HOW .............
