Crab
Ginger (chopped/bashed with cleaver) Spring Onions (scallions) cut into eg 1 inch pieces Egg (beaten) Seasoning (salt) to taste Prepare crab, ie 2 shell halves, and body into 4 quarters with legs etc. Bash the ginger or cut into small slices. Oil in pan Fry Ginger, spring onions Throw in crab pieces and fry Dash of water/stock, simmer for couple of minutes Add beaten egg and stir until egg cooks. The beaten egg should "congeal" and "solidify" all those lovely juices from the crab Serve with rice. Easy peasy and totally delicious ...
