Topic: Not able to see text of previous e-mails, no x's at right
I'm new to the site

So I've sent a message, she sends a return message
then I send a message I can't see the chronology text of previous messages
I forget what I've said and want to know what the messages were
There are only two large orange check marks beside the first two contacts
There are no large orange check on any of the other contacts who I have replied to
How do we fix it?
