I'm new to the site
So I've sent a message, she sends a return message then I send a message I can't see the chronology text of previous messages I forget what I've said and want to know what the messages were There are only two large orange check marks beside the first two contacts There are no large orange check on any of the other contacts who I have replied to How do we fix it? |

If I think I`m understading your question,.the large check marks are messages that have been replied to,.using your original message.
if someone happens to reply to your message without using your orignal text,..but starts a new one,..you won`t see your original text or receive a check mark,..  confused,..I think I am,..now

Welcome to the forums and site, brucethomas. If I understand the issue, it's that you are having a tough time figuring out your email history.
If you see a check mark next to an email in your Inbox folder, it means that you have replied to that email. If you see a check mark next to an email in your Sent folder, it means that the recipient has read it (but not necessarily responded). |
