the youngest guy I date is 36 and the oldest 80. it depends if you feel like dancing all night or being eye candy to make an old fellow feel good, makes his buddies go crazy wondering where he found me. if it's a date any age is good, the point of dating is having fun

Good eye contact tells me whether I want to get interested in a woman. I know something is going on with a person when they have difficulty looking at me in the eye...and it's probably something I'm not going to like.

If a guy is going to notice that you have a nice figure or a nice chest he should try to do it when he thinks you aren't looking.

Asking someone what they do for a living as one of your first questions shows a real lack of imagination. It's lame.

Let's try to make this thread a little more positive by posting the best, most imaginative questions you could ask on a first date or in a first conversation.

I'll start.

If you could be anything you wanted to be and knew you wouldn't fail, what would it be?

When looking for a partner what is most important, looks, personality or financial stability?

Stop posting get on the game threads and occupy your mind for awhile you need the distraction. We have fun with word games and laugh alot. Don't let what people say get to you, it won't help you.

Been widowed twice and divorced too many times, long ago very shy, but I just had to make the decision to get over that. Started by going to outdoor art shows and festivals where there are so many people it doesn't matter whether any one notices you. You get use to being out on your own and surrounded by happy smiling people, it's uplifting. I'm terminal and don't worry about being alone, I have all my arrangements settled with my docs and lawyer. I spend a great deal of time alone by choice, I live for the outdoors and fresh air, I photograph wildlife, go fishing and hunting, I got into re-enacting and people love to see people at the events and will ask you questions. I meet people and listen to what they say and ask a question of them about something they were talking about. You are depressed over being depressed, only you can change your way of thinking and change your plan of action. No one ever said life was easy or fair, we have to make our own destiny. Gods blessing,
