Some more info that may help. I click "Instant Message" 1. The Message window opens up. 2. The "Connect plugs" begin to try connecting. 3. Minutes later nothing has happened, and it never connects. I have used the instant message feature on two different computers. In both cases I used it successfully for days and days. In both cases it stopped working for everyone I tried to IM, and I was no longer able to use the IM feature.

Who can I talk to that actually is responsbile for these kinds of things? Anyone know where those people are for this site?

I was using this feature just fine on multiple computers, then, on both computers it just stopped. Now I can't connect to IM no matter what I do. I haven't turned off the IM feature. What can I do to connect to the IM feature online?
