One must love themselves before they can truly give their love to another. One must be able to enjoy the things they have before them and not always focus on what they do not have. One must learn that another can not make them happy for happiness comes from within. One must learn to enjoy those moments when they happen for the memories will last a life time. One that has no purpose within life will not be able appreciate even the smallest steps they have accomplished. I love myself all the time!!! JK

...which sliced into his right arm. He was filled with terror, going into shock, he knew he would be dead soon. All of a sudden he heard the sound of a splash, but it was muffled, he figured in this last moment that his mind was firing off random thoughts in his head, he'd heard that could happen.
All of a sudden he felt hands on his arm. Was he just imagining it all? Was he having his final dream? He was pulled to the surface where he was greeted by a cool wind and air once again filling his lungs. He was only half conscious, but he felt a hand stroke his head, trying to sooth him and a woman's voice, which sounded like an Angel, saying "Hold on, please hold on... I've got you"... |

I have recently gotten back into lifting and working out... Only a week so far, but I am already re-hooked... The pic is meant to be a before pic, will post a couple more (of that) in a few weeks. Sorry this isn't the token shirtless pic... I just had my shirt off when I took it.
