it has always been my experience that it' impossible to find love until you have love for yourself.As for confidence there's a quote from Eleanor Roosevelt that says "No one can make you feel inferior without your consent", this attitude towards life has always helped me feel confident in myself.Look for the positives in your life no matter how few they may seem and try not to dwell on things that you are u are feeling negative about because you will drive yourself crazy without a doubt.
