Gentleman that I am, just being around you and able to admire you would be enough for me, and as I am rather good at organization I'd even go so far as to offer to interview, mediate, and arrange assignation times for your new "friends" (with benefits) without compensation - aside from, like I mentioned, being able to see and admire you doing ordinary daily "you" things.
(Accra, Greater Accra Region is rather a long ways from Wisconsin USA, however, so there could be some likely logistics issues involved with all this, of course, but I am a resourceful fella.)

OT as far as I know the stigma concerning women still exists, and funny enough I think it's mostly other women who judge them?

When concerning men... that stigma is less, but it is there I think. At least I don't want a man who's done it with one too many women.
