I think the right move is to wait for a stimulating conversation. If she is interested, believe me; you will feel it. Then if things happen, they just happen. Never force yourself onto anyone. I always wait for a signal, then at the right moment, it's on. And even at that, I'm usually not the aggressor. I try not to start things but I definetly complete things.
