Come on people. This is just Larry Flynt screwing with the government because for all his life the government has screwed with him over his business. This is no more a legitimate request for funds than pornography is a portrait of real life. Yes, it might waste some tax money to hear the request but all he is after is some publicity and to keep his name in the news. Ahh...there ya go.
