I have done the email request more than one time and checked email, spam,junk etc...nothing so far...Also when I am on this site there is a clicking noise like it is down loading...Help...

The clicking noise that happens every 3 seconds and is connected to the green search for results at the bottem of my page is driving me crazy....this doesn't happen on other sites. Any idea what it could be? Help...Susan
