I am loving the mid 80's. I am not ready for what comes after. If the sale sticks we will be moved out by July 23rd. Now that's often 101 or so around here. One thing we learned from the other place is what happens when people won't contain themselves.

I get out of the "dwell Hell" by get to moving my body. No matter what the physical choice I make there will be an improvement. Meditation is awesome. You can redirect your thoughts when they feel like a broken record. on and on and on... one more thing. I live close to a hospital and when I drive by I remind myself some are having a much worse day!!
