I'm emailing them currently so they are online, but the IM option is not there. Is there any tech support on this site?

I used the instant message last night to chat and just tried to use it now with a different person, but the option to Instant Message is not in the profile. Is this down for some reason? Why am I not seeing the option to Instant Message?
