I used the instant message last night to chat and just tried to use it
now with a different person, but the option to Instant Message is not in the profile. Is this down for some reason? Why am I not seeing the option to Instant Message? |

if it aint showing on the profile it might mean that the person aint
online, cause that options only shows when they are online |

I'm emailing them currently so they are online, but the IM option is not
there. Is there any tech support on this site? |

then ask them to change settings or im you and in the im window make
sure that the green dot is showing.otherwise they have it turned off. |

The other user may have IM turned off, so that's why you can't instant
message them. |
