Norton might not be detecting it. You could try using an online scanner. Once a virus gets installed in your pc then anti-virus softwares are pretty much useless since they get compromised.

Yep you have a virus/malware. Just google Error1058 and there are sites that shows you how to clean up the Vundo trojan.
