Donald Trump, speaking about the Iraq War, said: "We should have taken the oil. Maybe we'll have another chance." Trump repeated his comments in an interview days later on ABC, in which he said: "We should have taken the oil. If we had taken the oil, there would have been no ISIS."

While critics said that taking Iraq's oil would have been tantamount to stealing from the Iraqi people, and therefore considered a war crime that violates international laws.
This is America's democracy

South Africa filed the case in the International Court of Justice, asking it to impose emergency measures to stop the fighting that has claimed the lives of more than 26,000 Palestinians.
More than 600 lawyers and human rights organizations around the world submitted a file to the International Criminal Court in The Hague to prosecute Israeli officials on charges of committing genocide in Gaza.
The United Nations International Court of Justice asked Israel to “prevent and punish incitement to genocide against Palestinians,” as part of its initial ruling.
What does the decision mean?
Experts in international law say: “The court’s decision obligates Israel to lift the blockade on basic supplies, such as medicine, water, and food, which is very important for people who are dying of hunger, in addition to obligating Israel to implement other requests received from the court.”

America seized a ship carrying Iranian oil and unloaded its cargo in Texas. Isn't this piracy? Where is international law in this work? Or does international law apply to small countries only?
Yemen prevents ships going to Israel and demands that Yemen stop Israel's war of genocide in Gaza and end the siege. This is not piracy.

So a cooler head has prevail. Doesn't matter if it is because China has is own economic interests at heart. What was done last should have been done first. Tell China it is in their best interests to speak to Iran concerning the Houthi if they want to continue to trade with Europe.

Sadly, after statements from many world leaders the attacks on unarmed shipping continue, the Houthis have their own agenda in not wanting to listen to anyone in my opinion, piracy and ransom plays a part in all this.

The main reason for attacking ships going to Israel and ships from America and the United Kingdom is the continuation of the genocidal war against the Palestinians and the continuation of the economic blockade as well. The second reason is the American-British bombing of Yemen. Do not ignore the actual reasons and imagine that the Houthis' work is piracy.

America's policy in the Middle East failed, just as it failed before it in Vietnam and Afghanistan. The main reason is that America manages things only for its own benefit and does not provide the colonial countries with any services. America helped destroy Iraq, Libya, Syria, Yemen and Lebanon. It imposed an unjust blockade against Sudan and Iran. It worked to prolong the war in Ukraine under the pretext of exhausting Russia. Currently, it strongly supports Israel in its war against the Palestinians and does not support efforts to stop the war. For all this, the countries of the world knew that America was engaging in wars and destruction to no avail. These countries are not ready for America to participate in a war against Iran. Resistance forces in Middle Eastern countries attack American bases and ships because they are Israel's ally and partner in crimes against humanity. Attacking American bases will not stop until American forces leave the region permanently.

Irfan Khawaja, had working in a hospital, he was also an assistant professor of philosophy:

He wrote an article: ISRAEL: HIER IST KEIN WARUM.
"It is essentially beside the point to ask whether Israel has a 'right to exist.' You might as well ask whether apartheid and genocide have rights. What it lacks is a reason to exist. The reason can’t be safety. It can’t be moral redemption. It can’t be the cultivation of some distinctively Jewish culture or civilization. There is no sense in which Israel promotes or embodies any of these things any more, if it ever did. At this point, Israel is just one more murderous state in a murderous neighborhood–the only one I suppose, with Western delusions of grandeur, along with Western weapons, Western money, Western allies, and an undying attachment to the dogma that The West is better than The Rest. But that’s not saying much. It’s just to regurgitate the catechism of Western imperialism from time immemorial.’’

Ben Gvir praised settlers suspected of killing a 19-year-old Palestinian in the occupied West Bank as ‘heroes’.

During the prisoner exchange he said: “My instructions are clear: there are to be no expressions of joy [on the part of the families of released Palestinian prisoners]. Expressions of joy are equivalent to backing terrorism; victory celebrations give backing to those human scum, for those nazis.”

Preliminary estimates published by the Hebrew media revealed that the soldiers were booby-trapping 10 houses with mines, and that towards the end of the operation, Hamas fighters fired RPG shells at two connected houses where the soldiers were located near the mines, and at the same time, another shell was fired at a tank that was standing near the place to secure the soldiers.
The anti-tank shell activated explosives planted by the Israeli force inside the building, “which led to the complete collapse of the double complex due to the explosion on the Israeli army soldiers.”
The Hebrew Broadcasting Authority explained that the Israeli army "is working systematically to demolish Palestinian buildings that provide surveillance and shooting capabilities toward Israel."
The Israeli army announced that 21 reserve soldiers were killed in this battle, and 3 officers were killed in battles in the southern Gaza Strip, bringing the number of soldiers killed that day to 24.

The well-known British cartoonist, Bob Moran, was subjected to harsh attacks and accusations of "anti-Semitism" because of a cartoon in which he criticized Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. Moran published a cartoon showing Netanyahu sitting at a table filled with the remains of children and infants, while US President Joe Biden stands next to him in a waiter’s uniform, pouring blood instead of drink. British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak also appears carrying a covered plate for Netanyahu, with a child’s hand hanging from it in the air, while above the artwork is the phrase “Kosher,” a Hebrew word meaning “permissible” food!

Yemen prevents ships going to Israel. Yemen want to stop Israel's war of genocide in Gaza and end the siege. It is shameful for large countries like the United States and Britain to call themselves democratic countries and strike a small country like Yemen with their air forces. Why don't America, Britain and others put pressure on Israel to end the siege and war on Gaza?

USA should not get in a war with Iran and other countries. USA present Administration has been helping supporting Iran already.
Iran uses funds to support HAMAS and other Terrorists groups.
Which are all USA enemies.

Hamas is not a terrorist because Hamas defends the rights of the Palestinians that were taken away by Israel. America and Britain help terrorists.

If Israel had treated the Palestinians humanely and had not expelled them from their homes, they would not have been forced to engage in armed struggle. Israel treats even Christian Palestinians poorly.
Dodgy land deal angers Armenian Christians of Jerusalem.
Many Armenian Christians sit-in at a tent in their church car park, which is part of a large plot at risk in the Armenian Quarter of the walled Old City.
"This illegal, treacherous land deal actually brought us all together," says Setrag Balian, a ceramicist turned activist.
Armenians date their presence in the holy city back to the 4th Century. Many of the 2,000-strong community live inside the large, cobble-stoned compound of St James Convent.
Yet for two months, local Armenians and priests have all been staying in a large, improvised tent here, around-the-clock, to try to block the development going ahead. They eat here and work shifts as guards behind a makeshift barricade decorated with Armenian flags.
Together, they say, they have seen off attacks by contractors with bulldozers, armed settlers and masked thugs.
"Everything was put in danger with this deal," Setrag says. "Whoever wants to take away our rights and endanger our presence and our lives here, we will stand up against them and defend our rights till the end."
It includes the car park, some church buildings and the homes of five Armenian families, accounting for about 25% of the Armenian Quarter.
Located on Mount Zion, it has huge religious significance and is incredibly valuable real estate but an annual fee of just $300,000 (ÂŁ237,000) was to be paid by the developer.
Ever since Israel captured the Old City and its holy sites from Jordan in the 1967 Middle East War, Jewish investors in Israel and overseas have sought to buy properties to try to cement Israeli control over occupied East Jerusalem.

Every person, has either participated, witnessed or heard or all 3, of the GENOCIDE that is occurring in Gaza/Palestine.
Even children, who can barely speak, are visibly upset and have difficulty sleeping, breaking down and begin to cry if they witness any of the daily news out of Gaza.
The events are for ever imprinted and etched in their minds. The GENOCIDE, Netanyahu and his cohorts, freely admit to, will haut Israel for the next 80 to 100yrs and Jews thru out the world will have target on their back.
What does the little brown book say "an eye for an eye".

As Sir Francis Bacon pointed out......"Revenge is a Wild Justice" and if History is any guide the USA will cop the brunt of it.

Watch the movie 5 BROKEN CAMERAS on tubi and listen to the children who lived with the devastation done to their village and the villagers injured and killed by the Israeli soldiers.

Think about what the Palestinian children are experiencing while the Israeli military bombs and invades their homes and murders their family.
As much as the Israelis may want to wipe out all of the Palestinians, some will remain who were able to escape the carnage.

THE CHILD WHO IS NOT EMBRACED BY THE VILLAGE WILL BURN IT DOWN TO FEEL ITS WARMTH. African Proverb
is printed under my name on all of my emails since this Israeli assault on the Palestinians began.
The Promised Land is not here on earth - that's past - it's a new way of being after this world has passed. The new way is of peace, love, and servitude. This is the way for Christians too.

An article today, in the Washington Post about polarisation. It probably applies to this discussion.

The article discusses the increasing polarization in American politics, particularly during the 2024 primary season. It highlights the emotional nature of contemporary politics, where policy preferences are intertwined with strong negative feelings towards the opposing side, termed as "affective polarization." It describes an experiment with Boy Scouts in 1954, illustrating how group identification can lead to irrational contempt for outsiders.
The piece also emphasizes the role of political operatives in exploiting and encouraging polarization for their benefit. It discusses the impact of media fragmentation and partisan clustering, where people surround themselves with like-minded individuals both physically and ideologically. Survey data indicates that affective polarization is intensifying across the political spectrum, with more than half of Republicans and Democrats viewing the other party as a threat.

True Muslims follow the Quran and it is False doctrine. They have their faith in that Religion.
They will continue to hate and live in Nonbelief, if they don't come into faith with the Only Holy God Jehovah.

Is it the same God for Muslims, Christians and Jews?

Richard Friedman argues in his book; Who Wrote the Bible? that Ezra is the one who redacted the Torah, and in fact effectively produced the first Torah.
After the division of the kingdom of the children of Israel into a northern kingdom (Israel) and a southern kingdom (Judah) in approximately 930 BC, the competing Levitical priests in the north and south began writing down what they had obtained from the date of the beginning of creation and the prophets. The Mosaic priests in Shiloh in the Northern Kingdom wrote what is known as the Elohistic text or source, which uses the Hebrew word “Elohim” to refer to the Lord, and symbolizes this text with the first letter (E). As for the Aaronic priests in the southern kingdom “Judah,” they wrote the “Jahwistic” text, which refers to the Lord as “Jehovah,” and is symbolized by (J).
