I honestly can't say I enjoy being single. I like the familiar feeling of coming home knowing someone is there. I like looking beside me after I've climbed a mountain and seeing the view from her eyes. Or something I've done a hundred times from her perspective. I like waking up having coffee in my house with some one in my shorts knowing I don't have to get dressed and GO home. Lifes simplest moments are somehow better when they are shared. I enjoy pleasant conversation and touch. Being single I feel like I'm just going through the motions of life but barely living. All I can take with me or have the moment of my death are my memories. What a dull blur it would be if all those moments I spent alone.
