...I've been finding that my aches and pains diminish greatly when I'm not eating meat. Also, I was doing Silver Sneakers exercise classes (at age 66) until arthritis locked up my lower back, creating tight leg muscles. Did physical therapy, slowly went back to walking and got into eating lots of dark green leafy vegetables (in smoothies). Very little pain now ... even my "normal" aches and pains from arthritis have disappeared!!! happy
