Fire Fox is the way to go.

I think CHROME is good but am too worried about it's
ties to Google. Have heard it REALLY tracks your surfing.

For the life of me I do not understand the "knock" against Microsoft. They make a great product.

I killed cable a year ago and have gone exclusively with internet content. My box never even burps.

It just works.

You also must have serious virus protection. I use verizon's
internet security suite. Its 4.95 a month and would be a deal
at twice that. It has a firewall that pops up and even shows me the little nasties when they try to get in. There are a lot of nasties trying to get into your computer.

Man if you use IE every virus in the world is aiming for you.

I NEVER open IE, use Fire Fox. do whatever u can to get F.F.
running.
