The CDL or Commercial Driver's Licence test is not administered in Spanish. The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration regulations require that the test only be administered in English. ... Some states do offer the CDL handbook in Spanish; however, all states are required to only offer the test in English.

DPS can only offer the driver license knowledge test in English or Spanish. ... You may bring someone to translate, but the translator may only help the applicant communicate with the CSR before and after the knowledge or driving test is given. Translators are not allowed to help you during the tests.

Rules vary by state, but a number of states allow drivers to take at least the written portion of the driver's test in Spanish. Areas with high percentages of immigrants may offer the written test in other languages as well.

New Jersey offers the written driver's test in 10 languages, which allows people who don't know English as a first language to demonstrate their knowledge of driving rules.

Okay so not every naturalized citizen or college student on Visa, which both are legal entrance, always speak English. Besides the United States has no national language and if we did, what would we speak? Cherokee, Seminole, Spanish, Yiddish, Crow, etc., the list goes on....If is to be the first citizens of this lands language, which tribal language would it be hmmmm, conundrum much? Does anyone else's mind spin like mine so strange lol.

Zero tolerance sign ship wrecked sailor threw in the sea for marooned sailor advising losing weight is no reason to litter the ocean with cast off clothing which could have been saved for rescue purposes of a 1000 dollar fine. He was so pissed off :rage: that he threw the sign in the sea. The sign did say they check the island yearly. He figures he has six months before the 2000 dollar fine for littering and the 750 dollar fine for destruction of public property. Meanwhile he is sick of fish and bananas.

As Seakolony spelled it out.., but as Blue Grass views the whole thing on the lines of a farm. First an update

Rhino Farm (N. Geography, updated 2017):
John Hume, (1 off many South Africans farmers), owns more rhinos than anyone else in the world, around 1,500 and a six-ton stockpile of horn, which is more valuable than gold.

April 2017: Hume sued the government and a final court ruling opened the way for the domestic trade to begin again. His argument has been that legal trade (read: rhino farms), is the only way to stop the poaching crisis,

August 23: first day of a three-day web auction held by Hume.

Hume partners with 'Save the Rhino' NGO

if Oil & Electricity were not discovered in 19 century, I can understand a world developing sperm whale farms; but..

To sell a product that has imaginary function (cure for cancer) by farming a beast (rhinos as chickens); slicing its horn off like it were tapping rubber (the soft tissue inside bleeds then hardens over time); all this, in the name of saving it from smugglers suggests that:

a) in business, no such thing as good or bad; just short term profits.

b) the Law views people in context, in here as smugglers looking for quick cash making farming legit for survival of species

But the initial point remains,
there are some animals and birds; that should be left alone
consider them for future gens to appreciate nature.

tame an eagle, clip its wings and it is something else; no longer a partner in nature's system. A part of nature is what we term as Eco-conservatism. E-C is not limited to territories like mountains, islands, rivers, beaches; (in India, few open beaches, most fenced off by private housing);

but also the wild life they inhabit, and the Rhino should be counted in among this list.

So if you want a rhino horn, kill it; not its spirit and eventually it's DNA like we did with wolves to dogs.

anyway it's Africa's business,
--xx--

thanks Toody, for cooling me down; I agree to the extant
Rhino Poacher, stomped by Elephant, eaten by lions
Karma is a B.

Rock, for the undeniable commercial points:
Breeders say open trade will stop poachers slaughtering rhino but activists say legal sales could fuel illegal hunting.

Blue, for expanding this argument
so that I could get in as messenger of God,

Sea, for the kick in the butt; flowerforyou

Lol your welcome.
