Well personally.. I like baseball, and its definitely much more fun to watch/play in person..
If you don't like baseball, have been to a game before to experience it and know you don't like it.. just tell him, but also tell him you'd be interested in something else.. I mean weather is definitely a lot better now, so could be something else you could both do that you both like together.. (then again, im from Canada, so snow is just melted haha).

If you don't come off as a ***** when you tell him you don't particularly like Baseball, and would rather do something you both like.. i'm positive he'd understand and pick something else!
