nothing is wrong with you persay. I have the same problem at times it just takes some practice looking women in the eye and take in the whole picture(i.e. shift the focus of your stare and try not to do so) you'll figure out what works best for you. for me on the other hand I try and listen as intently as possible and look in their eyes and see how passionate they are about what they are talking about then respond as best you can...... if all else fails go with the sunglasses just not at night in the bar then they know what your up too..
