I never felt a lot of aches till in my sixties. haven't been in a hospitol since I was 31 ( tonsils out ).blood pressure low. I still lift weights ( not like past )play golf and today a young lady at the golf course thought I was early 60 ( I think she was just trying to be kind ).It's all about being active and taking the right herbs and not medications. Don't smoke anymore and don't drink like a young idiot as I was.

yeah but in most cases that number has a dollar sign in front of it. me i just play golf
