-Click ACCOUNT on the main menu -Then on that page, click EDIT PHOTOS right below your main picture -On that page, click EDIT under your main picture -Then you can change the position of the picture.

Click ACCOUNT at the top of the page. From there, you'll see your main page, and under the pic area, you'll see a link that says EDIT PHOTOS....CLICK IT!! Then you can make your pics private. You can make them PUBLIC or PRIVATE.
