Dating someone you know doesn't guarantee you are secure neither he/she got an HIV+ or STD but it is more risky dating someone you dont know yet but I believe if that someone aware he/she had infected would not put you in the same situation. But in case of unawareness of it if they've got it or not. So,it is now our responsibility to protect ourselves from being infected because we also care for our life as God give this precious gift to us to protect it, care for it and use in a special way that could not harm our fellow.

I like your idea, i agree, most people believe what they 've saw next to them are the one they're going to like or love especially if they were attracted to them physically.,but what about the real feelings and true meaning of love was it there?

If you have a relationship and know each other before the distance,other said it will not work for some other i knew they said its ok because it will make the relationship grow stronger and longer. But if you are not faithful for that person it will goes to nothing!
