Melinda, the eyes are the window to the soul in saying that your main profile pic has light reflecting off your glasses so it's a little distracting. Just take another one in softer lighting not to dim either. As for your write up it generalises your values not really who you are or what your interests are. Not that my profile is perfect just a general first impression my friend. Good luck
