At home... my favorite comfort foods: brocoli with cheese over brown rice or spinach garlic onion tomato mushroom omelette with wheat toast as for eating out... i like the good quality real asian food and mexican food. mostly, i try to eat healthy, but I do make room for days of having fun and eating whatever

i just had slice of whole wheat berry bread and carton of lowfat milk and earlier after my morning workout... lots of water and trail mix i know....boring huh? lol
