Question was do they really exist? It exist when it does. Until then nothing is known. Should someone believe they exist then they believe. Something is or isn't. Not knowing for sure is stressful, so know when you know. And think about mowing the lawn instead.

When the first 300 movie came out there was a 300 challenge that had to be dome in under 20min. It was fun for laugh so we did it in our gym. Apparently only 2 or 3 members of the cast could complete in that time do if you do then its a pretty good effort.

Hi,
Roles we adopt in life are important to the relationships we occupy. The roles we have are varied due to the results we are after or the circumstances we are in. For instance the work self differs from the home self. A healthy relationship has mutally respected roles. Each person bringing value to the relationship. Not aways having to be equal but must be satisfying to the inner self, not the perception of the self your wish to portray. Summary, submissive and dominant are not gender related, but socially related. Historically men are seen as dominant and have in cases enforced submissivnes in women. But in reality men and women can inhabit both roles and move between them aswell. Cheers hope this helped some. |

To the OP.
Gaining muscle takes dedication and consistency. Don't get too caught up in gimmecky notions like whey protein or changing routine to break through plateaus. No offence to those replys. If your not adding weight to your frame learn the basics of weight lifting nutrition and calorie surplus. Thant should be your starting point, research this. Finnaly it takes years to get the dream physique full of muscle and void of bodyfat. Take the time to learn all you can for yourself and try things out, then evaluate the process, see if it worked for you or not. Best of luck |
