Well that depends on your goal. Is strength what you want to work on?

Well I'm pretty strong and was after some kind of challenge. Thought I'd see if anyone had a good idea rather than me picking something may not be so challenging then haha.

Well, one time I crashed my motorbike by trying to go too fast round a corner at the top of a hill. There was a fence at the bottom of the hill and I went into it and totally mangled the front wheel. I lifted the front end off the ground and pulled the bike back up the hill backwards. I would be interested in knowing if you can do that without being drunk and full of adrenalin.

I want you to train in a good MMA gym for a period of
one year.
Training in Boxing,Greco Roman wrestling and free style
jujitsu and Mauy Thai or learn to spell them could be quite the challenge.
What are you going to do?

From the article....

The old saying goes, "If you don't know where you're going, any road will get you there." Training is no different. If you lack a specific goal, the time you spend training may easily become a collection of random acts.

The StrongFirst Tactical Strength Challenge is a goal worthy of your efforts.

Preparing for a max deadlift, a maximum number of pullups and maximum repetitions of a kettlebell snatch places a demand and requires you focus on all three types of strength training; maximal strength, bodyweight strength and cardio-vascular endurance.

The rules are simple, the training is hard, but the opportunity to say you faced the Tactical Strength Challenge and survived makes it all worthwhile.

Good luck!....Hope this helps!!

Join The Marines they teach you all that for free and let you do it many times over and over again till your 4 yrs are up. and you learn a job too.

Well I regularly do dead lifts in the gym! Guess I could go for a 1 rep max. Shall I keep you posted?

When the first 300 movie came out there was a 300 challenge that had to be dome in under 20min. It was fun for laugh so we did it in our gym. Apparently only 2 or 3 members of the cast could complete in that time do if you do then its a pretty good effort.

Have you tried flipping a big tractor tire or one from those huuuge trucks? Or strappin somthin on it and pulling it? Or somthin simular,i see they do it on tv some times,,,you know what i think should be interesting, using weights in the water, difrient ways....dive up say about 10lbs or watever and then increse the weight, swim with it to,stuff like that, water i think presents a difrient kind of challenge too!!! (Please be careful how you strap on the weights though,or may be better to whole it,way you dont droun!!!

Hi thanks for your reply and ideas. I have been flipping tyres in the gym and it's great fun. Perhaps I shall try your swimming challenge idea - I'll see how long I can tread water for or something
