Topic: Life Lessons: What Did You Learn?
I think the same way. Its like we came from the universe at birth of everything. If everything is energy(atoms) and were all connected then we must know all, we have simply forgotten.

Also if everything is/are energy, then we all understand that energy can never truly die. It can only change form!
