I thought that by sending a wink, letting a person know you are interested, would result in a wink if they are at all interested. Then once you know there is a mutual interest, then a message contact is made and then information may be exchanged.

Why take the time to do a message, to not get any reply?

You already filled out the online info, so they can look at your photo, read what you basically have to say then decide to wink back to let you know that a mutual desire to go further is desired.

Please help me to understand.
