First, they come to visit you with a luggage or two.
Next, they like to stay longer, a bit longer, and before

Next, they bring in some furniture/s, then the kids, next, the whole family.
Not long after all theirs mission is complete,
you find yourself locked out, all the house keys & locks changed,
and they claim your place theirs home.

Alternatively best, one can fast 2 to 3 days a week as such.
And as regular habit/s one should use as a daily DETOX best routine,

-A glass of 1/3 Apple cider vinegar and water a day.
-Lemons and more lemons on or with everything
-A teaspoon of Turmeric & Black pepper & Himalayan salt with a cup of water, or mixed with Virgin Olive Oil and Quark.
-Yes, I drink Matcha tea often for detox
-3 or more cups of Cinamon tea and Green tea daily.(No sugar)
Etc etc etc etc and so much more.

-As 4 boosting the energy, nothing beats good rest,
a good company, and a Happy mood.
