I think its thoughtful to give your friend flowers and gifts . However to tell her theres no sexual feelings for her might make her feel that you find her lacking in some preference you have . I would instead say , We have had a nice relationship for awhile and I enjoy just the way its been , lets continue that way , meanwhile why dont we go get a soda
