Doesn't Microsoft already have its own Linux distro?

I think it's called Ubuntu... you know, that one which was quite a great gateway distro for newbies until they started hiring from, partnering with and generally kissing the rear-end of Microsoft.

The result of this is a distro that has become the most bloated, resource demanding, gov-ware riddled (zeitgeist anyone?) and today, quite possibly the worst Linux distro known to man.

April fool joke or not, Torvalds doesn't have to move to the Microsoft camp for the OS to fall further into enemy hands, the most popular distro just has to become Windows-ish enough and all the progress the opensource community has made will be reversed to mean that only geeks use the OS and the mainstream variants/spin-offs will all look like Tizen, Jolla and Android.
