Are some guys kind of blushing clueless when it comes to talking for the first time to a woman online? Here's some hints from a woman who is down to earth. Say "hello" . Offer information about yourself:wink: . Don't ask her alotgrumble of questions at firstnoway . Offer your information, and tell her abit about yousmokin , even tell her what you expect from this. Give her plenty of oportunities to comment on what you are saying. Then you may ask some questiosn, such as, "Have you been happy on this website?" "What do you like about it?" "Have you met anyone from here?" "What kinds of things do you like to do?" flowerforyou "Would you be interested in going out to dinner with me?" (just some basics, that would meet with my expectations) ...Ladies, pwwwwwease help me explain this stuff to them?

pssssssssst! I hope you don't mind if I join in here, being a woman and all, I think I can help...honesty, being who you are from the start, will last...vs...lying....faking.....that will make you age quickly. I don't want a puppet or a man who does or says only what I expect of him...I need a guy with his feelings, his brain, the real deal! ;)

flowerforyou Like many of the finer things in life, sex often comes with a side of fries.flowerforyou

A spoon full of sugar makes the medicine go down, catch more flies with honey, and a pinch of salt over your shoulder for good luck.....now it's fries that go with that shake, and sex on the side? laugh

"No games" meaning don't come and lead a person on and then drop them like a hot potato. Who has time for anyone to mess with a person's feelings?
I totally agree! :)

Alot of men's profiles state "no games" what does that mean? Does that mean they don't like to play mini golf or scrabble? laugh Help me out with this, because I don't quite get the statement? Talk about scaring someone off, I know that's how it effects me!

If you want to knw what games are I would ask the hundreds of women that post the same thing on their profile . . =P havn't seen to many guys runnin around yelling no game no games lol . . I have an idea as to what it is so I will keep my trap shut . . dn't wanna be wrong

Well, I would like to ask everyone. Where are the women coming from in this statement and where are the men at when they say it? Is this another difference in the male and female perspectives? I think that I would say no games only if I meant I would like an engagement ring on the 2nd date:tongue: (but really, I do know when someone is playing games with me, like the 22 yr old from NJ today that IM'd me here and said he wanted to take a run up to my place...asap...in just his 3rd sentence... hahaha.

Hi, I'm here for a moment! I had a day off from work, kinda the last day off before we start the new school session. It was very sunny here in NY today and very warm. I wanted to sit in the sun, but I chose to go to Owego and do the shops. I found some fabulous stuff! I bought a great smelling candle, a necklace and matching earrings. Then I took my daughter out to get her thick eyebrows waxed before she starts her first day at high school next week. Oh, and of course, she needed all kinds of school supplies...that took up most of my day. We got home and ordered pizza to be delivered. Then I sat down and watched "Just Married" on the tv. :) hope your day was exciting!

The name "cougar" is okay with meflowerforyou laugh , but it doesn't have to "stick to me" . I have a current friend half my agelove , he's more educated than I am:tongue: , and he says he refuses to see women his own age because they bore him. That's just his opinion, I don't back him up on it. However, he calls me frequently to ski, do fairs, movies, drinker etc. I think it's really neat that he's interested in me. There have been quite a few that I've dated that are more than 10 years younger than meexplode . Men that young are for me, just a flingpitchfork kind of thing, I'm not looking for a long term relationship with them, I don't think that would last. There are alot of differencesbrokenheart . Men in their early twenties can be kind of self-centered, they like punk? They don't shave everyday, cause the scruffy look is "the in thing". --Meow.
