That was precisely the point of the post.
The reason why i asked was simply because it is very easy to post a picture of someone shirtless and pass it for real when in fact it is not.
Now this is by no means an accusation , rather a simple observation.
My personal opinion would be that perhaps a picture that shows a face is better then a "Torso".
I personally would not post a shirtless pic, i work out and lift weights , but i rather keep the more revealing pictures out of the public view.

But from where i am standing 10 year younger or older seem to be the "norm".
That doesn't mean i wouldn't consider flexibility of said rules, since i do not believe in absolutes.
People are different and i would give anyone a chance.
