Hi everybody,
Is there some kind of regional newspaper or magazine with a list of things to do in and around Los Angeles? Online or in print? Over here in Cologne we have regional mazines that - for example - feature news about Cologne, list all kinds of events in and around Cologne etc. Some of them are for free, others you have to pay for. What would be a good magazine about LA or other regions in California I could use to find out what's going on during my trip in October? Elke |

Where in Los Angeles are you planning on staying? Oh, I don't know yet. There's a nice Bed & Breakfast in Venice and another one in Hollywood. I'd pobably just drive around and stay where it's nice... |

Are you interested in anybody from Germany? I am living & working in Cologne/Germany as a self-employed translator. One of my biggest passisons is... travelling. I am coming to California in October and would like to meet a lot of intersting people over there. Over here in Germany I just enjoy life. I work a lot, I party a lot, I love to go out to swim, meet my friends. I read a lot, I am working on my first book, I am an amateur model & photographer... I love creativity in people. I am very thankful for any tips on what to do in Los Angeles and other parts of California.
