Hi everybody, Is there some kind of regional newspaper or magazine with a list of things to do in and around Los Angeles? Online or in print? Over here in Cologne we have regional mazines that - for example - feature news about Cologne, list all kinds of events in and around Cologne etc. Some of them are for free, others you have to pay for. What would be a good magazine about LA or other regions in California I could use to find out what's going on during my trip in October? Elke

Elke I dunno if it's still available, but there was also a local ragsheet known as the L.A. Reader too. But the one you definitely wanna go for is L.A. Weekly.

Times, too. It's chock full of information on what to do while in L.A.
