I HAVE DECIDED TO BECOME A WRITE-IN CANDIDATE.
HERE IS MY PLATFORM:

It happens. I can't say it bothers me, because I've learned not to expect much in the way of intelligent discourse in these venues.

On the other hand, sometimes you get a surprise. I got an e-mail here yesterday from someone I don't recall ever seeing in the forums, and the communication was bright and fun to read and very insightful.

And she read my whole profile, which tells me a lot right there. I may not ever hear from her again, but at least I know one more person gets it.



It is what it is. There's nothing I can do to make people answer their e-mails, I can't make them post profiles with actual content, and I can't get anyone decent to move to my area. So there's no point in worrying about it.
