I just wanted to make a suggestion. I know that in certain work places the workplace is responsible for educating employees about things like sex descrimination, bullying in the workplace, etc.
There are laws now to protect individuals under these circumstances which means someone could be sued if measures are not taken to correct the situation. Is there someone who can diplomatically but sufficiently influence your employer to take action in regard to educating your fellow employees on all these rights? Good Luck!
