It's like ridding a bicycle. When you fall off you get right back on. Yes it is difficult, but even when it happens time after time, it does not get easier. Just pick iup the pieces and rebuild.

Great question. My friends tell me time heals all wounds, but exactly how much time is needed? For some it can take days, for some it can take months, and some can take years. It all depends on each individual situation. All I can say is yes, it does get better, great friends, and a few bottles of wine help!
