I've had this conversation before, lol. I know everything. lol. But I promise to you that once I am at my goal weight, I will eat VERY healthy, and exercise, and all that good stuff, even if I gain a little weight, but I'll be able to burn it off, I know I can. I've been big for far too long, and tried every diet and exercise known to man, it doesnt work, so I'm trying this. It's not like I'm NOT eating, I'm just not eating a whole lot. lol. Believe me, once I'm at my goal weight, I want to be able to jog, and join a sport, it's going to be awesome! I'm sorry to tell you that once you start eating again, you are going to gain back fast.. believe me, been there and done that.. I worked in the medical field and know what I am talking about.. If you continue eating as little as you are, your body will shut down...you need to take it off slowly, 1-2 lbs a wk. Again...she won't listen... That's okay, once she gains it all back just as fast as she lost it, (and she will no matter how much she tries to convince herself and us that it's not going to happen), then she can start a new thread about how this diet was a failure (and not the way she went about doing it) and how depressed she is because of the weight gain.
