I've had no problems with ubuntu. I've ran versions 5.04 upwards. I've installed it on both laptops /w wireless and PCs. However its not really my prefered distro. I like to run either Damn Small Linux or Sabayon. Depending on if I want a fancy GUI or not. You could also go with plain debain. If you want a real headache try running XP64 bit or worse anything with Vista lol
