My name is Hjalti and I am a primitivist: I would like to become as much like ancestors while focusing on what made them healthy, strong, and happy. I am currently on the carnivore diet and am planning to stay on it for the rest of my life. I exercise every day, and I try to get 10 hours of sleep during the night. I also wear as little clothing as possible in any given situation. Every day I try to be better than I was yesterday.
