I really don't have any tips for you because i am in the same boat you are in i just wanted you to know your feelings are real and there are other single parents out there like me who feel the same way you do. I have a 14 year old son who lives with me so I have to make sure I always look like a good mom but do want to have a man in my life also so to balance that to can be hard and lonely so I with you luck!

All i know is that it hurts and you have to deal with it in your own way to feel better... believe me I have had a lot lately.But just stand up brush yourself off and move on.

you know it doesn't even have to be something you bought...it could be time spent with that person or little things you can do to be with them that is always more impotent then anything else in my book. material things in life are not as good sometimes. You give them when it feels right to you also not because you feel you have to.

I Understand what you are saying it should be just cause you want to give a gift not because you have to all the holidays out there is not a real reason to get a gift it should be cause you feel like giving one.Like a surprise or I just saw this and it made me think of you kinda thing.
