I read this the other day, and I firmly believe that these people lived to be 100s of years old so that God could populate the earth. It doesn't tell us that Cain and Abel were young when all of this took place, and it doesn't give us the population of Nod.

I believe people lived to be 100s of years old back in the day. I think they had plenty of incest going on, not beastiality.
