try Mindfulness - it is pretty powerful stuff and maybe gives you enough strength to get yourself out of the slump you find yourself in and face every days challenges

I don't really go by looks, so a filled in profile would really help to get an idea about a person. It doesn't have to be the best profile write up either, I don't care about grammar or spelling, it doesn't have to be witty, just something honest is what I want to see...
