Tony Shumaker to (TF Dragster); Jack Beckman (over TJ, jr in TF Funny
Car); Richie Stevens (Pro Stock)-but Jason Line won the 2006 NHRA Pro
Stock Championship (locked in & given the Walley); Andrew Hines (Pro
Stock Motorcycle)...if you can believe they had a winner with all the
redlights from the motorcycles. The ole US Army pro stock motorcycles
sucked;both redlighted.

I enjoyed seeing ole John Forces face when Tommy Johnson, Jr spanked
that butt !! I wish he would do something about his voice; I can't
hardly stand to watch Driving Force to listen to John talk hurts my
throat (too much nitro & screaming).

Man I was hoping Tommy Johnson, Jr would win but he's running damn good
this year. His wife; Melanie was running & leading the points around
May but has fallen.

Pomona is coming....

Ah too bad you would be so impressed with Kasey; he's truly a great
person & makes time for his fans or just anyone that wants to say hi to
him.

Maybe you'll get to meet him next time.

FYI..I've joined the Official NASCAR Club & going to try & be the State
director for GA; so keep on watching NASCAR & supporting the sport.

Just got back from Atlanta Motor Speedway & watched the IROC & Truck
race from our suite & had a blast today. The weather turned out to be
perfect & Kasey Kahne was fastest in practice & finished 8th today in
the BUSCH race in Memphis (yeah Kevin Harvick took is 8th BUScH win
tonight in Memphis).

See ya'll tomorrow at AMS for the CUP race.

Well being born & raised pretty much in the same location (Norcross near
85) since 1964 (I'm 42) & I even work for the county always loved &
swore I'd never leave Georgia .... but guess what? In 9 years I'm
retiring & getting the hell out of GA !! I'm thinking Charlotte, NC or
Columbus, IN; both are really nice but Charlotte will be another Atlanta
in 15 years but Columbus,...nah; it's awesome.

I HATE to see what the policitians have allowed Atlanta to become; it's
all about money, power & pure selfishness.. not the people that live
here, their kids, education, etc.... I'm very ashamed of Atlanta/Georgia
in general.

I will say that Atlanta has proven that we're just not some slow 20
years laid back city/state but then again not one damn policitian here
has any BALLS !!

LOVE DRAG RACING & NASCAR ! ! I got into drag racing when I was 17 yrs
old in Commerce, GA. It was my 1st drag race so I picked out a car that
would be my favorite. I picked Billy Meyer (TF Funny Car) because Burt
Reynolds & Hal Needham owned the car & Burt Reynolds lived local at that
time. I was standing at the fence behind the starting line & this
security guy came up & opened the gate & said "this guy said for you to
come in", Well the guy was Mickey Shultz from Anaheim, CA that worked
for Chief Auto Parts (Billy Meyers main sponsor); next thing I know I'm
in their Ford stationwagon going down the strip with the team to get
Billy Meyer & his car...that's how I got into drag racing.

I worked for them for the next few years (PR, selling t-shirts, helping
get tires, etc..just whatever). I watched & learned over the years; met
every driver/team & still friends with them today. I had a Quaker State
security guy give my name to a guy in Utica, NY that needed help with
motorcycle drag racing so 2 weeks later I'm in Hollywood, FL working a
motorcycle drag race. Then a few races later I was in Pocono, PA &
that's where I met Larry "Spiderman" McBride (TF motorcycle) & I went to
work for their team for the next 5 years.

My best friend I met 4 years ago; his best friend was 1/2 owner of the
#38 BUSCH team in which Kasey Kahne just came on board as their driver &
I'm still following Kasey Kahne (which he's here now in Atlanta for the
race).

I have a friend that works on Gary Scelzi team, & good friends with
Tommy Johnson, Jr (TF Funny Car)& his wife, Melanie Troxel who drives TF
Dragster.

I'm 42 years old & still just LOVE & CRAVE the smell of nitro & burning
rubber ! !

Any of you that race; good luck & you're lucky to be able to enjoy
something that you like.

about this place Tuesday; so here I am.

Well thanks M for the great compliment; you are also quite the
"firecracker" yourself. Maybe that's we get along; we like to have fun
& meet people.

here & I both have & were both discussing how much we hated it. Have
any of you had good or bad experiences with match.com? (just curious)

who drives Erin Crockers hauler & her gas man then it's garage & suite

Cool; I was beginning to think I was the only one on here from

Where about in South Georgia do you live? I'm 13 miles NE from the
Capitol in Atlanta. Pretty much born & raised in the same house.

KASEY KAHNE & ELLIOTT SADLER (actually any driver for Evernham) but I do
like Mark Martin & a few other drivers. This weekend is the Atlanta
race & getting closer to the end of the chase. I'm chewing my
fingernails off every weekend.

I just got into NASCAR about 4 years ago; a friend worked for Kasey when
he first came to NASCAR BUSCH Series from Sprint Cars plus several
friends that are into all areas of NASCAR (Arca, Truck, BUSCH, CUP)..I
have my garage passes for this weekend !!

I've been an NHRA nut since I was 17 years old & have 2 friends that
drive in Top Fuel & another friend that works on TF team; so I love my
nitro ! !
