It doesn't bother me at all if they take a glance at another woman. It's the comments that a man can make that at times can bother me.

My ex boyfriend once said when we were leaving a store and passing the soda machines "Hey do you have a quarter?" I stopped and started to get into my purse---assuming it was for a soda---and he said "Nevermind". I asked "You don't want the quarter now?" His reply "It's too late. I was going to bounce it off that womans azz as it was tight."

Needless to say I didn't talk on the ride home.

Making plans to visiting family next weekend.

I do that. I sit and think so much on what happened and why it happened. I try and pinpoint the exact turning point in when things started to go bad. To see if I could have changed it or avoided it. It is very hard for me to move on without knowing what happened and why. Although I have come to realize that I won't always know and that I can still move on without knowing.

But yup, I am an overthinker.

Two of my kids have birthdays right after Christmas---December 29th and December 30th. They get the "here is your birthday and Christmas present"---when in reality it is the same thing that they would have got for there birthday or Christmas. I don't do that, but there is family and friends that do.

It is also hard to throw a birthday party for them as people are usual gathering with family the weekend before and going out for the new years afterwards.

Than the fact that there is two of them I am told all the time "just have both the parties at once". I am sure my 12 year old daughter wants her 10 year old brothers friends around---and vise versa.

I think any holiday steals the spotlight from a birthday that happens to land on it.

I have had family and friends that I haven't seen or talked to in years find me in facebook.

My first ex-husband located me there too. Although I did not accept his friend request and my profile is private----he still can send messages.

I use facebook to add pictures of the kids so family and friends can all see them at once beings I don't live near any of my family.

Oh, I know, that is why I gravitate towards an older man. They just have much more attention to detail. They seem to be less into "game" playing. In my opinion.
